Cancellation Or Modification
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy – Spookymar
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email at cs@spookymar.com, providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.
Your order can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours after purchase. After this period, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
Please note:

A management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.

We cannot guarantee timely delivery if your order requires design modification, as it may take longer to process during the holiday season.

Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately after completion, so no changes can be made. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.

For security and verification purposes, we can only process cancellation or modification requests submitted from the same email address used when placing the order. If you contact us from a different email, we may be unable to verify your identity or locate your order, and therefore cannot take responsibility for unprocessed requests.
