At Spookymar, all our items are made to order, ensuring top-notch quality specifically tailored for you.
During peak seasons such as holidays, you might experience delays of up to 10 additional working days on top of our usual processing and delivery schedule. We're grateful for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rate
The shipping cost will depend on the actual logistics situation. Shipping prices may be higher during holidays and year-end events due to increased demand and limited supply.
Estimated Time of Arrival
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), except for holidays observed by the Post Office:
New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Production & Processing Time: 5–10 business days
Shipping time (from the date the order is shipped, not placed):

Priority Shipping: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 3–6 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.
If your order is personalized and/or requires modifications, please allow extra time for customization. The design time will depend on the complexity of your request.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order. Please allow 5–10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking information does not appear immediately, it simply means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Updates will show once it is scanned.
If your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout:

If information is missing or incorrect, we may need to contact you for updates, causing delivery delays.

We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned due to incorrect details. Returned orders will be donated to charity and not resent.

If you contact the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.

Our distribution network spans from U.S. warehouses to international facilities in countries such as Australia, China, and India.
Please note: items shipped from overseas may take longer than domestic shipments, but will still follow the estimated shipping timeframe above.
