Note:
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before dispatch.
Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
This includes:

  • Payment verification

  • Order preparation

  • Quality check

  • Secure packaging


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, your order will normally arrive within:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location and seasonal courier delays.


Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Express shipping is not available at the moment.


Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is non-refundable once the order enters the processing stage.
It covers transit-related risks from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.


Order Tracking

A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.


Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • The parcel not being collected

We will contact you to confirm the correct delivery details.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Order Changes

We cannot guarantee any modifications after the order is placed, including:

  • Delivery address changes

  • Item changes

  • Quantity adjustments

If the order has already entered processing or been dispatched, changes cannot be made.


Holiday Delivery Delays

Please allow extra time during:

  • US public holidays

  • UK bank holidays

  • Busy seasonal periods

Courier delays during these times are beyond our control, but we will assist whenever possible.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your parcel:

  1. Check your letterbox, porch, garage, side entrance and any safe location.

  2. Ask neighbours or building management.

  3. Contact your local delivery office for GPS confirmation.

If still not found, contact us within 5 business days from the delivery date shown on tracking:

Late or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, email us at:

Although courier delays are outside our control, we will assist with tracking and provide a suitable solution where appropriate.


Carriers Used

Shipments are sent via:
USPS or UPS Ground.


Lost or Delayed Parcel Policy

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact:

We will help locate or replace your parcel where applicable.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes (UK Customers)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Responsibility After Dispatch

After a parcel has been handed to the carrier, OrtoEase is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Damage caused by the courier

  • Lost packages due to carrier mishandling

However, we will gladly assist with investigations or claims.


Customs or Carrier-Related Delays

UK deliveries may be affected by customs clearance or delays within the local carrier network.
These delays are outside our control.


Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because it was:

  • Refused

  • Not collected

  • Sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

We will contact you for updated information.
Re-shipping fees may apply.

Shipping fees (outbound or return) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error.
