Refund & Return Policy – Spookymar
More than anything, we want you to be happy with your purchase!
If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at cs@spookymar.com and we’ll sort it out.
By placing an order, you agree to all the terms outlined below.
Cancellation or Modification
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email at cs@spookymar.com, providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours after purchase. After this time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.

A management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.

We cannot guarantee timely delivery if your order requires design modifications, especially during the holiday season.

Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately after completion, and no adjustments can be made. Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.

Replacement & Refund
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons and because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue full refunds unless the item received has a major problem, such as:

The item was damaged due to the fault of our factory or carrier.

You received the wrong item.

The item is defective.

Slight variations in color due to lighting are not considered defects.

A 20% difference between advertised images and handmade products is normal and not eligible for refund.

In other cases, only partial refunds (excluding shipping fees) may be available.
Filing a Claim
To file a claim, email us at cs@spookymar.com with the following required information:

Order number

Video/photo of the defective product and the package label

For printing errors → photos showing the error
-
For print size issues → photos with a measuring tool visible

Full delivery address

Contact phone number
Our support team will review your case. If eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost.
If resending is not practical, we will refund the full cost of the defective item.
⚠️ Do not return products without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
The return address on your package is a logistics facility, not our official return address. Always email cs@spookymar.com for the correct return instructions.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect.
Returned packages are destroyed upon arrival at the manufacturer’s warehouse and cannot be recovered.
Replacements in these cases will not be free of charge, so please double-check your shipping address carefully.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take time.
